Our Company

about US

Bridge Fields Group started off in reprocessing of rubber tyres in 1998. Over the years, it has invested in Research and Development to refine the technology to enable conversion of various types of rubber scraps into high quality rubber gum for the rubber product manufacturers.

In 2004, the Group moved to the new factory in Ipoh and capacity has been upgraded to the present level of more than 600 tonnes per month to satisfy demand.

Due to the unique technology developed, capacity can also be upgraded speedily to meet further demand.

As mentioned earlier, Bridge Fields Resources engages a unique depolymerisation process which can convert a wide variety of rubber scraps into high quality rubber gum.

Major feedstocks for reprocessing include natural latex gloves, latex lumps both natural and synthetic, catheters and all other types of latex-based products.

Using our reprocessed rubber translates into savings in the manufacturing cost without sacrificing quality. The product is now widely accepted by manufacturers worldwide.

The conventional rubber recycling is to reclaim the rubber using heat (Autoclave) technology. The heating process degrades the rubber to about 50% of its original properties. The process is extremely environmentally unfriendly with toxic effluence being discharged consistently.

Bridge Fields Resources Group has developed a unique reprocessing technology. After 10 years of hard work and considerable investments in R&D, it has managed to commercialise the reprocessing of wide range of rubber scraps, both natural and synthetic, into high quality rubber gum, an intermediate raw material now widely accepted by manufacturers worldwide.

Bridge Fields Resources technology involves a combination of chemical and mechanical process without using heat. Without the heating process, there is no toxic effluent discharge and therefore is environmentally friendly apart from maintaining the rubber content quality.
